KENSAL ROAD, NOTTING HILL, LONDON, UK
Former home of reggae label Trojan Records in Notting Hill, London, located on the Grand Union Canal, comprises 60,000 sqft across four buildings. With plans to develop and enhance the site to become a 100,000 sqft mixed-use hub with an exciting waterside for creative, media and digital businesses and independent retailers, together with loft-style upper floor apartments.
AMPERSAND, OXFORD STREET, LONDON, UK
A major refurbishment of an iconic mixed use building located in Oxford Street at the heart of Soho. The existing ground floor retail units have been retained and the offices have been refurbished and extended from 53,674 sq ft to 64,666 sq ft and include a new floor plate. In addition, 14 high end residential apartments have been realised on newly added 5th and 6th floor levels. The total project budget was approximately £31m. Works to commenced April 2013 and practical completion will be achieved 2015. The offices achieved BREEAM "very good" and EPC "C". On the corner of Wardour/Hollen Street, a new ground floor entrance and lift/services core provides access to the offices. The design includes a reconfigured office core, new lifts, a statement reception area, an attractive atrium area with a feature staircase and enhanced stone/bronze facades to Wardour Street and Hollen Street. ALPHABETA, FINSBURY COURT, LONDON, UK
Comprehensive refurbishment and internal reconfiguration of 1920’s Art Deco building. GIFA 31,568sqm / 339,795 sq ft. The building was substantially reconfigured during the mid 1980’s. The newly proposed refurbishment will include atrium infill’s together with two external infill’s on the East side of the building including a rooftop extention providing views towards both Shoreditch and the City. GALERIA POMORSKA, BYDGOSZCZ, POLAND
An extension of the existing shopping mall to provide an additional 12,000 sqm NLA, including a new North West entrance together with a delivery/loading area. A leisure space at first floor will also provide approx 2000 sqm. Provision of a new MCP and ancillary parking area to provide c.1550 cp’s. Existing PFS tank relocation to below ground level.
CARRE, GÖTTINGEN, GERMANY
Major refurbishment of the existing Carré shopping centre. New internal layout of vertical circulation to be provided. The two major anchors Saturn and Tegut are to be retained and some other retailers relocated. New fashion anchor tenants to be incorporated into the newly refurbished centre. External facade re-designed, signage and comprehensive re-branding.
TROYES FOC PHASE IV, TROYES, FRANCE
Troyes Factory Outlet provides approximately 30,000 sqm GLA forming a circuit scheme with over 100 boutiques including Desigual, Hugo Boss, Polo, Nike, Guess and Gant. Phase V will add a further 6,500 sqm by the formation of two adjacent land plots. Designed as an effective stand alone outlet mall taking in local architecture from the region this will form a natural link to the existing established outlet and provide a further 45 new boutique stores. The CDAC has now been approved and planned construction to start in Q3 2013.
ROSADA FOC, ROOSENDAAL, NETHERLANDS
Rosada is located only 30 minutes from Rotterdam and 20 minutes from Breda with access from the motorway. Rosada Phase 1 has approximately 60 retail shops with occupiers such as Esprit, Nike, Ecco, CK and Levis. Rosada Phase II has planning consent for an additional 40 retail units ( 8,000 sqm GIA) including the provision of new restaurants . The design involves re-routing an existing water feature canal and substantial new landscaping with the use of dykes and a larger waterway and pond. The design will be of a local contemporary nature, village style incorporating a combination of wooden and stone facades. The overalll design will include a mix of "Water Mill, Monastery and Boathouse" type of architecture. A new 3 level car park providing a further 900 spaces taking the Outlet parking total to 1,334 spaces. Construction is due to commence Q2 2013.
