Midsummer Place Shopping Mall, Milton Keynes, UK

Midsummer Place is a 42,000 sqm shopping mall carefully designed to incorporate an existing 150 year old ancient oak tree and fit within the Milton Keynes grid road system. The project included a spectacular glazed boulevard, linking the new centre to the existing shopping mall to create a total of 168,000 sqm of shopping experience. The real challenge was to introduce new inspirational retailers to Milton Keynes and this was successfully achieved bringing retailers such as Hugo Boss, Coast, Zara, Mango, H&M, GAP, Virgin and the anchor Debenhams. The centre was over 90% let at opening.

St Stephens Shopping Mall, Hull, UK

St Stephens Shopping Mall is a city centre regeneration project, delivering a shopping centre together with a new transport interchange. This was a complex project involving many stakeholders within the city including Network Rail, Hull Truck Theatre and Hull City Council. The project was successfully delivered in 2006 virtually fully leased and anchored by Tesco, Next and Primark. It comprises over 42,000 sqm of retail and leisure. A long lease platform to the front of the scheme was sold Holiday Inn. The centre boasts a double height mall with a creative wave roof design and a ‘floating’ cafe.

Dalton Park Outlet Centre, Durham, UK

Dalton Park represented the latest modern design for a factory outlet development comprising over 16,000 sqm on an 80 acre site, delivered on budget and 80% let at opening. The site was acquired being a former coal spill site and transformed to a 50 acre landscaped park and lake together with the first phase outlet. The project was opened by Tony Blair in 2002 heralded as a catalyst in the regeneration of the local depressed area, bringing the community and private company vision together

Northgate, Chester, UK
Northgate is a mixed use large scale city centre regeneration project comprising over 41,000 sqm retail, office and residential. The aim was to take the project through the planning process including securing a pre-let to House of Fraser, managing the scheme design on a complicated site platform. Planning was achieved and the project forward sold to ING REIM.

Castel Guelfo, Castel Guelfo di Bologna, Italy

Development advisory service and leasing assistance for the first phase of the Castel Guelfo outlet project comprising 14,500 sqm, funded and owned by ING. The project was delivered on time and within budget, with over 50% let at opening with completion in 2004.

Romana Office Centre, Bucharest, Romania

The Romana Office Centre is a new Grade A office development in Bucharest's Piata Romana, one of the city's prime areas. This signature building is in the main CBD area and comprised 2,460 sqm of lettable office space with 34 secure below level parking spaces. The developer was bought out and the original plan was substantially re-designed both internally and externally. The project was delivered within the original construction budget in 2011.

Cubic Office Centre, Bucharest, Romania

This project formed a turnkey project delivering a striking 27,000 sqm headquarters office development to the north of Bucharest city centre and close to the international airport. The design represented a lifting of the level of design and finish not seen before in the city with an impressive reception and restaurant area. Overseeing the construction and leasing phases of the project it was delivered early in May 2009 within budget.
