The Lakeview Office Centre, Bucharest, Romania
The Lakeview Office Centre was one of the first new large scale office development site acquisitions seen in the Romanian market in 2006. The formation of a joint venture partnership between investor partner Fabian and development partner AIG ensured project planning was achieved quickly and the construction team assembled. The project was delivered in 2009 under the €45m budget and 90% pre-let to RBS and PWC. This project was also the first building in the country to receive BREEAM status.
