Landquart Outlet, Landquart, Switzerland (trading as Alpenrhein Village)

Site acquisition and development for a new retail factory outlet project, comprising 25,000 sqm first phase. This was a joint venture partnership to develop the project between ING Real Estate and BVS. A €50m cost project was funded by ING and delivered on budget.

The Lakeview Office Centre, Bucharest, Romania

The Lakeview Office Centre was one of the first new large scale office development site acquisitions seen in the Romanian market in 2006. The formation of a joint venture partnership between investor partner Fabian and development partner AIG ensured project planning was achieved quickly and the construction team assembled. The project was delivered in 2009 under the €45m budget and 90% pre-let to RBS and PWC. This project was also the first building in the country to receive BREEAM status.

New Town Residence, Bucharest, Romania

New Town is a city centre residential community project with 640 apartments, delivered over two main phases with six sub phase completions. The project includes ground floor retail, leisure and sub level parking. The project involved the negotiation and creation of a joint venture partnership to deliver the project and oversee the construction and sale phases through to completion. The result is a new modern European style of residential living previously not seen in Bucharest. Phase 1 was delivered in 2010 and was 90% sold. Phase 2 completes in 2012.
