For over 25 years, Mark has worked across the UK and Europe on a number of significant and innovative projects which have transformed towns and local economies, ranging from large shopping centres to headquarter office buildings, large residential schemes and leisure developments.

In depth real estate knowledge in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Romania, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and France, providing a range of international experience and cross border contacts.

Mark has worked as a Property Director for ING Real Estate, Fabian Capital (AIM listed investment fund) and DP Global Properties (private equity company) with many successful achievements such as the AIM listing of Fabian, development management of over 1 million sqm of retail shopping centres and factory outlet centres for ING Real Estate, successful disposal of DPGP €100m portfolio Sweden, Midsummer Place Milton Keynes 97% let at opening and various JV set ups of development projects in Switzerland, Germany and Romania.
